Return Eligibility

Customers can initiate a return application for unused, unopened and intact products within our valid return period if they are not satisfied with the items. Returned products must retain original packaging, complete accessories and no signs of man-made damage, use or contamination.

Return Application Process

To apply for a return, customers shall submit a return request via our Contact page, providing valid order information and relevant product pictures as required. Our customer service team will review the application and reply with return guidance within the official working period.

Refund Processing

After we receive and verify the returned items meet the return standards, we will initiate the official refund procedure. The refund will be completed within our standard refund processing window. The full payment of the order will be returned to the original payment account without any deduction.

Special Explanations

All return and refund services are free of additional service fees. We do not charge any handling fees for qualified return applications. Orders that have been severely damaged, artificially altered or used beyond trial scope are not eligible for return and refund services.
